At WildFlex Apparel, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

Products that are damaged due to customer misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after the required details are provided.
Exchange

We offer exchanges for products with size issues, manufacturing defects, or items received in damaged condition, subject to stock availability.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Products purchased during clearance or final sale.

Used, washed, or altered products.

Products without original tags or packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.
Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
