Refund policy

At WildFlex Apparel, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.

  • Products that are damaged due to customer misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after the required details are provided.

Exchange

  • We offer exchanges for products with size issues, manufacturing defects, or items received in damaged condition, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.

  • Used, washed, or altered products.

  • Products without original tags or packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
