Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to most locations across India. Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of your PIN code.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation or order verification.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email or SMS (where applicable) to track your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only in selected serviceable locations. WildFlex Apparel reserves the right to disable COD for certain PIN codes or orders based on operational requirements.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate. WildFlex Apparel is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, tampered with, or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs for prompt assistance.
